Revives ‘90s arcade gameplay
Parking Garage Rally Circuit offers eight tracks to unlock and three harder car classes to race with. As you improve your drifting skills, the game introduces increasingly difficult ghost opponents based on leaderboard performances from other players, allowing you to compete against their runs. Players can create or join lobbies with up to eight racers, competing on any track with any car class and earning points after each race.
The game is a blend of rally and circuit racing. It adopts rally elements such as jumps and a time-trial format where players race solo against the clock. However, the tracks follow a circuit design, with each race involving multiple laps around the same course. The controls are tight, simple, and arcade-like, reminiscent of Mario Kart, with more dynamic physics that emphasizes collisions and "smash into things" gameplay.
There are also cheat codes in the game for players to discover and unlock fun modifiers, as well as special cars and tracks. Designed to evoke the feeling of a long-lost Sega Saturn title from 1998, the game features low-resolution textures and chunky, low-poly graphics. However, despite offering a variety of vehicles, the game lacks customization options for upgrading or personalizing cars.
